At Family Crisis Services, we recognize that domestic violence occurs in all communities, including the LGBTI - Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgendered, Intersex community. Survivors of same-sex domestic violence have unique barriers to face when attempting to leave an abusive partner and when reaching out for assistance.
